ArabJobs is a competitive freelance platform that uses a unique "pay-to-rank" mechanism to highlight applicants. We provide the technology to facilitate connections between clients and experts based on commitment and visibility.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

4. Connects and Ranking

• Connects: Freelancers use connects to rank their applications. These connects are reserved in their account.
• Refunds: If a freelancer is not selected, the connects are 100% refunded automatically.
• Service Fee: If a freelancer is selected, the connects are retained by ArabJobs as a platform service fee.

5. Code of Conduct

Users agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, harassment, or to circumvent the platform's ranking system through artificial means.

6. Limitation of Liability

ArabJobs is not responsible for the quality of work performed by freelancers or the payment behavior of clients. Payments for projects are handled directly between the parties.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
